Board Meetings 2026-2027 Season
All meetings will be held the last Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm unless otherwise noted. Meetings will be at the recreation center in Studio B
Anyone is welcome to attend!

- Nov 25th (Showcase planning)
- Dec 30th (will be cancelled if no urgent business)
- Jan 27th
- Feb 24th (Showcase planning)
- Mar 31st (Wrap up, AGM and Awards night planning
- April or May we will have AGM and Awards night- date TBD
